At Yvan Perreault, our meat is sourced from reputable livestock producers and managed according to a controlled supply chain in order to meet the most demanding professional standards. Our partner suppliers follow a strict quality charter and offer a wide variety of carefully selected cuts.

We operate our own processing facility for fresh and frozen meat. Our team of butchers prepares meat cuts on demand according to each client’s specifications. We also offer a cutting and individual packaging service for grocers.
